Dry ice is produced through carbon dioxide at a temperature of -79ºC, one of its characteristics is that it is bacteriostatic, which prevents the proliferation of microorganisms and bacteria, another characteristic is that dry ice after leaving a solid form, it evaporates causing the cold steam to envelop the products, keeping the temperature much longer, unlike ordinary ice that turns into water when mixing with the product.
